[UPDATE] Meeting Room Booking Issue Resolved
[UPDATE] The meeting room booking site is finally up and bookings can now be made. But I need to highlight a few important things:
1 – All user accounts were wiped out and we re-instated them successfully but all passwords had to be re-set to the default. Please log in using the default password and change it thereafter if you wish.
2 – We were unfortunately not able to save any existing reservations – they were deleted when the site became corrupted. Please re-book your slots if need be.
3 – There are remaining kinks currently being ironed out eg booking confirmation emails, confirmation messages etc.
We are still trying to figure out what happened and how to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
