RADX is a technology company that helps companies in digital transformation by providing software development solutions and marketing technology.
How has COVID-19 impacted the company / business?
COVID-19 actually brought a little increase in our business as we started the business believing in and providing products and services that facilitates businesses going online. We also leverage on global on-demand workforce to keep ourselves competitive and lean.
Right now, efficiency is definitely lower since we can’t sit side-by-side for discussions on our projects. But we are flexible in working hours and still follow strictly on project timelines and KPIs.
What are some of the adjustments you had to make in order to minimize disruptions?
We’ve learnt how to communicate better online by providing more details which helps to cut down on multiple calls on a same matter.
Name one technology / platform which you find useful in these times and why:
We use LarkSuite, a collaboration tool that helps us telecommute better by keeping all our correspondences in a single place.
Are you currently working from home? If so, how has it been in terms of efficiency?
Yes – I’m less efficient! Simply because it takes a longer time to complete a similar task compared to physically being together in an office.
