Hackfight: Arduino vs Raspberry Pi
Hi friends, We’re happy to announce that we’ve got a new competition happening at Tech Circle next week called Hackfight: Arduino vs Raspberry Pi.
In the event, we’ll be giving teams the chance to hack on top of an Arduino or Raspberry Pi for a humble prize of $500! Tech Circle will give members a chance to use a hardware of their choice, and we’ll be gifting it to your team to hack with during the month of competition. Please see all details below.

DATES:
12 Aug 2016 (Fri) – Launch and Training (2-3 hours)
24 Aug 2016 (Wed) – Mid Point Check in (2-3 hours)
01 Sept 2016 (Thur) – Judging and announcement of winners (2hours)
PRIZE: SGD$500 cash
Hardware: Raspberry Pi or Arduinos – depending on which is more voted for. The teams will get to keep the sets after the event has concluded.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1) Please ensure that all team members are available for all 3 dates / slots before you apply.
2) Each team should be a minimum of 1pax and maximum of 4pax.
3) For teams with more than 1pax, the Team Leader is required to be a TechCircle member.
4) A maximum of 20 applicants will be accepted regardless of the number of teams.
5) Replacement or substitution of teams / team members after submission is not allowed.
6) Vertex reserves the right to make any final decisions about the event.
