[Announcement] Meeting Room Booking Site Disruption
[IMPORTANT]
Dear members,
We encountered a corruption of the meeting room booking site yesterday (08 May 2019).
With help from the GTRIIP team who worked overnight to save the site, the site is now up and running again although there are some bugs which still needs to be ironed out. This is what we know for now:
1. The booking site and all user accounts were wiped out but have since been re-instated. Members are now able to log in to make bookings.
2. When re-instating the user accounts, all passwords had to be re-set to the default (indicated in your membership approval email). Please log in using your TechCircle email ID and the default password – you may wish to change your password thereafter.
3. We lost all data pertaining to past and existing reservations. Please re-book your slots if need be.
We are still trying to figure out what happened and how to prevent similar incidents from happening again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
